SIZEN offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

User registration will not be required to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by SIZEN, User registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.

Through the website, SIZEN offers the Users presotherapy products of the brand SIZEN.

These Terms and Conditions of SIZEN described below, define the rights and obligations of SIZEN and Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the fact that particular conditions may exist for certain services) and to the contracting of orders through the Website and replace any other conditions, except by prior agreement and in writing between SIZEN and the User.

2. USER DATA
In order to purchase the products offered through the Website, it will be necessary for the User to register through the registration form available on the Website.

The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to his computer and his access codes to avoid possible unauthorized use.

In the event that the User has reason to believe that their data has been made known to a third party, or if they have been used in an unauthorized manner, or are likely to be, they must notify this situation to SIZEN Immediately.

The User must verify that their data is correct and complete and inform SIZEN when there is any variation and/or modification in the information that you have provided in the purchase process.

3. ORDERS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

3.1. CONDITIONS
The services and products offered through the Website of SIZEN are intended for purchase by Users of brand presotherapy products SIZEN.

In order to contract an order for SIZEN, the User must be over 18 years of age.

From the Websitewww.sizensrs.com, SIZEN will send orders to all of Spain.

To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to manage their purchase order.

3.2. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

• Shipping price 48-72h on orders over €49: Free €0. (standard delivery weekdays from Monday to Friday).

• 24-hour shipping* (delivery before 2:00 p.m., for orders placed from Monday to Thursday): €6.99

• Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours.

• Delivery time will be 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

* Orders placed between 00:00 and 14:30 will be received the next day before 14:00. After 2:30 p.m. they will be processed the next day, regardless of whether 24h or standard shipping has been paid. Except for holidays or weekends, when said orders will be processed the next business day.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

• Shipping price 2-6 business days: €19.99. (standard delivery weekdays from Monday to Friday).

• Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours.

• The delivery time* will be 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

*Susceptible to be altered.

Shipping to Germany:

• Shipping price 3-4 working days: €29.99. (standard delivery weekdays from Monday to Friday).

• Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours.

• Delivery time will be 3-4 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipments to Italy:

• Shipping price 3-4 working days: 1€9.99. (standard delivery weekdays from Monday to Friday).

• Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours.

• Time of delivery will be 3-4 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping to Portugal:

• Shipping price 48-72h working days:Free. (standard delivery weekdays from Monday to Friday).
  Shipping price to Islands 3-4 business days from shipping date: €19.99.

• Your order will be prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours.

• Time of delivery will be 3-4 business days from the date of shipment.

4. WARRANTY, PRICE, METHOD OF PAYMENT AND DISCOUNT CODES
Once the data on the form is completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the requested shipping method and the destination address.
If at the time of payment an incident occurs that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and their order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.
All prices shown are final prices, expressly including Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to the fact that the user will have detailed information on the price of the product at all times. In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded when making the payment of the order.
SIZEN may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Said discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by SIZEN with respect to each code, and in any case Users may only use a single code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.
As a customer and user, you are asked to check the item immediately after delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage. You must notify us immediately.
The warranty period in Spain is 3 years from the delivery of the merchandise. The guarantee for Portugal, Germany and Italy according to Community legislation will be: 2 years. This warranty period ends 3 years in the case of Spain and 2 years in the rest of the countries from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer. The repairs will be the responsibility of Sizen as long as the fault detected has been produced by defect or manufacturing defect within the normal and current use of the good in question.
In the event that for the purposes indicated above, the product must be serviced under factory warranty, the repairs will be made in the Sizen workshop or laboratory and its authorized technical personnel.
If a product is repaired during the warranty period,The repair itself is guaranteed for 6 months.
After the end of the warranty period, all repairs have a warranty period of 6 months.

5. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPIPELINES AND SERVICES SIZEN
The data included on the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos, as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function. Therefore, SIZEN declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all the measures at its disposal to correct the aforementioned errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them.

6. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. RETURNS FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
The User may return to SIZEN, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify the SIZEN your lack of compliance with them. If said term is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact SIZEN within the granted period of one month, in info@sizensrs.com, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found in them.
Once SIZEN has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within a period of between 3 – 5 business days if the return of the product is appropriate or not. In case the return proceeds, SIZEN will indicate to the User the method of collection or delivery to its offices/warehouses of the defective product.
The offices/warehouses to which Users may send the defective product are the following:

Each product to be returned must have all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, SIZEN reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, SIZEN will give the User the possibility of replacing the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for SIZEN.
In the event that due to lack of stock it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will take place in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which SIZEN confirm to the User the substitution of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The substitution, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, SIZEN will carry out the refund of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
SIZEN informs Users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:
-If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, SIZEN will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
-If the User has made the payment through PayPal, SIZEN will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
6.2. WITHDRAWAL.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User must bear the direct cost of return to SIZEN (shipping costs for the material to be returned), whether you return the entire order or decide to return only some of the products in the order.
As an exception SIZEN offers free return expenses in the first 15 days in the case of pressotherapy packs.
To formalize the return, you must contact SIZEN In the nextinfo@sizensrs.com. Upon receipt of said communication, SIZEN will tell you how to send the order to your offices or warehouses.

SIZEN is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, SIZEN recommends the User to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the offices/warehouses of SIZEN, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly to SIZEN.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be assumed directly by the User.
The product must be found with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that SIZEN the return may be denied.
Once SIZEN receive the order and check that it is in good condition, SIZEN will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User.
If the User decides to return the order in full, SIZEN will return to the User all the amounts that he had paid (except the shipping costs that will be borne by the client).
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, SIZEN You will not be able to return the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
SIZEN informs Users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:
-If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, SIZEN will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
-If the User has made the payment through PAYPAL, SIZEN will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
In any case, SIZEN will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
7. CHANGE POLICY PRODUCTS
SIZEN admits changing the size of your Size 6+ product purchased by the User for another size that is offered on the Website.
In the event that the User wants to change the size, they must contact Sizen within the first 30 days of use, after the purchase date and once the Sizen 6+ pack has been received. Sizen may refuse to make the change of product if it is manifestly in poor condition due to misuse by the user.

The shipping costs of the product change (shipping and collection) will be borne by the customer, who requests it through the mail: soporte@sizensrs.com.
The shipment must be made protecting the product in an adequate way, if this is not the case. Sizen will not be responsible for the damage received by the package.
8.- USE OF THE WEBSITE
The use of the Website for fraudulent purposes, or related to criminal offenses or illegal activities of any kind is not allowed.
It is also prohibited to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material of any kind, or that violates intellectual property rights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy or any other right, or otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain mail, mass mailing or any other type of "spam" and, in general, any type of annoyance or inconvenience unnecessary.
The User undertakes to make a lawful, diligent, honest and correct use of any information or content accessed either through the Website or third-party websites that are accessed through the links on the Website, and all under the principles of good faith and with respect at all times for current legislation and these Terms and Conditions.

SIZEN reserves the right to deny access to the Website or even cancel orders to Users who misuse the contents and/or breach any of the conditions that appear in this document.

SIZEN informs that it does not grant any express or implicit license or authorization on intellectual and/or industrial property rights or on any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the Website. The total or partial reproduction of the contents of the Website is totally prohibited, not even through a hyperlink, without the express written consent of SIZEN. The unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.

23. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.

Also, pursuant to the provisions of theRegulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, regarding the resolution of online disputes in consumer matters, SIZEN informs you that, in the event of a dispute, the User who is a resident of the European Union may go to the "Online Dispute Resolution Platform" developed by the European Commission, in order to try to resolve out of court any dispute arising from the provision of services by SIZEN.
