All repairs of our products are carried out in our own Technical Service center; we do not send devices to third parties for repair.

If you detect a manufacturing defect or your equipment has suffered any damage, we will take care of arranging the pickup of the product wherever you are, to make everything easier for you, and so that it can be inspected and repaired if necessary.

Once it arrives at our Technical Service center, our professionals will evaluate the problem and offer you a solution.

Where are all the repairs for your Sizen carried out?

All repairs and warranty services are located in Spain, Barcelona. Performed by our own qualified and specialized Sizen technicians. Under no circumstances is your equipment sent abroad or to third parties.

What is the repair time?

At Sizen, many repairs are completed in a single day. So the time between pickup, repair, and return usually does not exceed one week. If the time exceeds that, we will inform you in advance.

What is the cost of the repair?

After examining your device, the technician will confirm the total cost of the repair. Please note that in some cases, the repair may be covered by the warranty.

BASIC REPAIR COSTS:

Battery replacement - 99€

We replace the battery with an original one to ensure maximum autonomy and performance.

Case replacement – €99

Complete case replacement to make your device like new, with original finishes.

Basic Repair Service (1 to 3 h) – €29

Minor repairs completed within a maximum of 3 hours of technical work.

Plus Repair Service (+3 h) – €38

For more complex repairs that require more than 3 hours of work.

Motherboard replacement – €189

Replacement of the motherboard with an original Sizen. Restores all the device's functionality.

Pre-installed hose replacement – €39

Replacement of the integrated hose to ensure optimal airflow.

Las reparaciones se realizan con rapidez y no suelen tardar más de 72 horas laborables a partir de la recepción del producto. Durante todo el proceso, te mantendremos informado sobre el estado de tu reparación.
