If you detect a manufacturing defect or your device has suffered any damage, we will arrange the product pickup wherever you are, to make everything easier for you, and so we can inspect and repair it if necessary.

Once it arrives at our Technical Service center, our professionals will assess the problem and offer you a solution.

All repairs and warranty services are located in Barcelona. Performed by our own qualified and specialized technicians in Sizen. Under no circumstances is your equipment sent abroad or to third parties.

What is the repair time?

At Sizen, many repairs are completed in a single day. So the time between pickup, repair, and return usually does not exceed one week. If the timeframe exceeds that, we will inform you in advance.

What is the cost of the repair?

After examining your device, the technician will confirm the total repair cost. Please note that in some cases, the repair may be covered by the warranty.

Battery replacement - €50

We replace the battery with an original one to ensure maximum autonomy and performance.

Case replacement – €45

Complete housing replacement to make your device like new, with original finishes.

Basic repair service (1 to 3 hours) – €29

Minor repairs completed within a maximum of 3 hours of technical work.

Plus Repair Service (+3 h) – €38

For more complex repairs that require more than 3 hours of work.

Motherboard replacement – €189

Replacement of the motherboard with an original Sizen. Restore all the device's functionality.

Pre-installed hose replacement – €39

Replacement of the integrated hose to ensure optimal airflow.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The prices shown include the initial diagnosis and the usual materials for the repair. The customer is always informed of the repair cost before it is carried out. Shipping costs are not included.
