Choose the Sizen pressotherapy size that suits you best
In general, the boots should be placed as high as possible on the groin. Only the tips of the toes (not the toes themselves!) should be visible at the end of the boot. If you have a small foot, you might not even see them. Don’t worry, just make sure that the instep maintains the shape of the boot.
Worried that size L might be too big for you? We can’t help but think of the pants size we use when shopping for clothes. Don’t let this confuse you! It has nothing to do with your pants size ;)
The size of your Sizen boots or pants depends on leg length, or more simply, it depends on your height. If you are under 1.65 m, your Sizen boots should be size M; if you are between 1.65 m and 1.95 m, choose size L; and if you are over 1.95 m, go for XL. The pants correspond to size L boots, meaning they can be worn if you are between 1.65 m and 1.95 m tall (if you are 2 or 3 cm taller or shorter than these measurements, don’t worry, they will still fit well, this is just a guideline, they adapt very well to many body types).
Also consider the width. In the image, you can see a quick guide to thigh, hip, and waist measurements. Keep in mind these are the maximum measurements the boots or pants can accommodate. If your measurements are equal to or less than these, you will fit perfectly; they will fit you great. If your measurements are larger than those shown in the guide, you should add the extender to your purchase. The extender is like a double zipper that allows you to increase the width by 10 cm on each side (10 cm width per leg and 20 cm more for waist and hips).
