The session in my case, a pleasant sensation at all times despite the pressure, the sensation of having pressure in the legs is comfortable and one quickly gets used to that sensation.

At the end of the session, the results of pressotherapy are already noticeable, more relaxed legs, a sensation of relief from the "pain" typical of intense training. The feeling of having "swollen" legs after exertion also disappears. Although the first steps are "strange" after the pressure of the boots, the sensation quickly becomes pleasant and relieving.
